Golf Club Punta Ala

	Punta Ala (formerly Punta Troia) is located north of Castiglione della Pescaia , in the Gulf of Follonica. Punta Ala is a famous seaside resort which lies on the northern slopes of promontory of the same name. The Golf Club Punta Ala, opened in 1964, completely immersed in Mediterranean greenery, is located in a panoramic area with spectacular sea views over the Gulf of Follonica. The course has an overall length of 6168 meters with a PAR 72, with light and natural undulations of the ground. The 18 holes represent various levels of difficulty making the course ideal for everyone from beginners to scratch players, and are situated in the middle of the evergreen landscape made by pine trees, cork trees, ancient holms and oak trees.
